All products are made to order and printed specifically for you, so we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or if you simply don’t like the product.
When we will offer a refund or replacement: We want you to be happy with your order. If any of the following occur, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order: • The item arrived damaged or defective • The print quality is noticeably poor (e.g. faded, misaligned, or blurry) • You received the wrong item or size • Your order was lost in transit
To make a claim: Visit our Contact page with your order number and a description of the issue. Please attach clear photos showing the problem. We’ll review your claim within 2-3 business days and offer either a free replacement or a full refund at our discretion.
Exchanges: As items are made to order, we cannot offer direct exchanges. If your item is faulty, we’ll send a replacement. If you ordered the wrong size, you’re welcome to place a new order.
Shipping timeframes: Please note that because each item is printed on demand, production takes approximately 2-7 business days before shipping. Delivery times vary by location.
