• Australia: 5-12 business days
• New Zealand: 7-15 business days

Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.

Order tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking to update.

Delays: Occasionally, orders may experience delays due to postal services, customs processing, or high demand. If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us through our Contact page and we will investigate.

Incorrect address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment costs.
